Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of USA Sky PDF and the services available at usapdfsky.com (the “Service”). The Service is operated by AstraSkyAI FZE LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste 4000, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

USA Sky PDF is a browser-based PDF editor. We offer 41 tools across editing, conversion, OCR, compression, signing, and page management. Most tools run inside your browser — your files never leave your device. A small number of tools (OCR and office-format conversions) process files on our servers, where they are deleted within 24 hours.

Some tools are available without an account. Premium features (“Pro”) require a subscription paid through Stripe.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

The Service is not designed for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• upload, process, or share content you do not have the right to use;
• create or distribute malware, viruses, or any code designed to interfere with software or hardware;
• process content that infringes copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual-property right;
• upload content that depicts illegal activity, harassment, sexual exploitation of minors, or violence intended to incite harm;
• attempt to bypass our rate limits, file-size limits, or any technical safeguards;
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service in a way that interferes with other users.

We may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates these rules, with or without notice depending on severity.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the files you upload or create with the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content. We do not use your content to train any machine-learning system. Files processed on our servers are deleted within 24 hours via automated S3 lifecycle rules.

You are responsible for the files you process. Make sure you have the right to use, modify, and distribute the content you upload.

5. Intellectual property

The Service itself — including its design, code, branding, and documentation — is owned by AstraSkyAI FZE LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works of the Service without written permission.

6. Accounts

You can use most of the Service without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at support@usapdfsky.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account ends your subscription on the next billing cycle. Files associated with completed jobs are already deleted within 24 hours and do not require a separate request.

7. Subscription terms

Pro plans are billed through Stripe. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. The Year Pass is a one-time payment that does not auto-renew. Pricing details are on the Pricing page.

Refunds, cooling-off rights, and cancellation procedures are described in the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Free tier limits

Free use is subject to fair-use rate limits and may include a small watermark on exports when you skip the optional ad. Pro removes watermarks and ads.

9. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (Cloudflare, AWS, Stripe), and force-majeure events may cause downtime. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary unavailability.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the output of any tool will be suitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for verifying that exported files meet your requirements before relying on them for any important workflow.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstraSkyAI FZE LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately before the claim arose, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AstraSkyAI FZE LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

13. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage or by email if you have an account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

15. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed by good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered in Sheridan, Wyoming by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), or, where arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, by the competent state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual-property rights.

16. International users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Statutory consumer rights that apply in your country (such as EU/UK rights of withdrawal for digital purchases — see Refund Policy) are not affected by these Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The unenforceable provision will be replaced with one that comes closest to the original intent within the limits of applicable law.
