How to use html to pdf converter

  1. Upload your HTML file

Drag and drop a .html or .htm file onto the upload area, or click to choose one from your computer. Free conversions support files up to 50 MB.

  2. Start the conversion

USA Sky PDF sends your file over an encrypted connection to a converter that renders the HTML (including CSS and inline images) into PDF format.

Most pages finish in under ten seconds. Pages with many inline images or complex CSS layouts may take a little longer.

  4. Download your PDF

Click Download to save the converted .pdf to your device. Print it, share it, or archive it as a snapshot of the original page.

Frequently asked questions

What file types are accepted?

The HTML to PDF converter accepts .html and .htm files. To save a live web page, first save it to your computer using your browser (File → Save Page As… → Web Page, HTML Only) and upload the resulting .html.

Will the page look the same as in my browser?

For most static pages — articles, documentation, exported reports — the PDF closely matches what you see in the browser. JavaScript-driven dynamic content that loads after the initial page render may not appear, since the converter doesn't run scripts.

Are external images and CSS included?

Images referenced by relative paths next to the .html file are included. Images loaded from external URLs are fetched at conversion time when the converter can reach them. For maximum fidelity, use your browser's "complete HTML" save option.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Files are transferred over HTTPS to an isolated worker, converted, and then automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours via an S3 lifecycle rule. We never share, sell, or use your documents to train any model.

What's the maximum file size?

Free conversions support .html files up to 50 MB. For larger files, upgrade to Pro.
